REU is a Mexican marketplace that connects people, organizers, and providers with spaces and services to create unforgettable events. While we had a growing base of providers and users exploring the platform, we identified a critical gap: users discovered events or suppliers but did not move forward to booking or requesting a quote.
The challenge was to transform the exploration and event/service visualization experience—both in the search feed and on the provider detail page—into conversion engines that motivate users to take immediate action: booking, requesting a quote, or saving an option to decide later.
Now I’m building the platform with Next.js and Supabase. The first beta for testing will be launch in October.
Design the search experience (feed + categories + map) with persistent filters and intuitive navigation.
Optimize the visual structure of the provider/event detail, prioritizing visuals and CTAs over secondary information.
Increase engagement with contextual exploration tools (similar events, recommended providers, trending services).
Reduce decision anxiety by integrating transparent pricing, availability, and trust signals.
